Jennifer Noonan, LCSW
As a clinical social worker, I’m dedicated to helping your brain work in your best interest. My approach targets ineffective behaviors, thoughts, and feelings, emphasizing a collaborative process that avoids re-living or re-experiencing your challenges. I’ve been utilizing The Cortina Method (TCM) for the past 10 years, witnessing its profound benefits for my clients. Where talk therapy has not worked for many, TCM can make huge strides in healing in as little as 1 to 6 sessions.
If you’re interested in exploring this path together, I invite you to schedule a discovery call with me. Just send a request, and let’s take the first step towards healing–together!
Rebecca Murray, LCSW
With over a decade of experience in the mental health field, I am passionate about helping mothers navigate the challenges of pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period. I provide compassionate care for individuals experiencing perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs), including postpartum depression, anxiety, and birth trauma.
As a specialist in perinatal mental health, I employ a solution-focused approach, incorporating evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and trauma-informed care.
In addition to my work with perinatal clients, I have a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by military families, as I am a spouse to a permanently disabled veteran. Having worked with active-duty service members, veterans, and their loved ones, I provide culturally competent care that addresses issues like deployment, relocation, and reintegration. My goal is to create a safe space where military families can process emotions and build resilience.
I earned my Master of Science in Social Work (MSSW) from Columbia University in New York City and is certified in perinatal mental health through Postpartum Support International. I regularly engage in continuing education to stay up to date with the latest research and best practices in her field.
When not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, workouts at Orange Theory, and volunteering in my community.
